In any case, I have my copy preordered.  Hopefully it'll do well enough that the next two installments of the intended trilogy will hit US shores.

Again, with Professor Layton, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, and Jake Hunter: Detective Chronicles it's looking to be yet another good year for graphic adventure type games on the DS.

Nope, not yet.  I'll probably get it in the next 2-3 days.

I got the game today since I had time to kill before my boss arrived, haha.

The game is fantastic, its a testament to (french?) art, and is esthetically perfect.

The game is HARD.  Its primarily puzzles, and theyre brought on sometimes by evens as random as fighting-game fights are.

Level-5 usually impresses anyways.
One issue is that some puzzles really take a while to think about, which is definitely not a fun thought since a DS is running batteries.

The art style totally reminds me of The Adventures of Tin Tin, which was an amazing comic and cartoon series.

Although the DS Lite has proven to be one of the longest-running portable electronic devices I've ever noticed. I don't even think about battery life any more. Even with my 5G iPod (which supposedly has 16 hours of battery life) I find myself a little self-concious of continuous usage. Where-as, the DS lite feels like it could run forever.

I'm glad to hear this game is so good, I saw a bunch of copies yesterday, and I'll have to pick it up sometime.

My copy came in today.  I'll probably play it this evening after class and everything.

I'm a good ways into the game, I have around 90 puzzles from disgruntled assholes solved.
