Would've been funnier if Kamiya had responded in Japanese. Simply because you could then tell if he were saying that exact response in rage-mode casual or ironic polite form. The latter would be glorious.

As is...eh. It's not any different from the Diablo 3 poo-fling facebook incident; which is so internet common that I'm only mildly disappointed in those partaking in it. Seriously, do people just forget outright to keep their mouth shut to baited criticism? It's not a difficult thing to do.

Kamiya is being a complete douche. Kotaku are ALWAYS dumbasses. That's no reason to start attacking foreigners and being a complete prick. He could have just... you know, ignored them? He's right that he doesn't represent Japanese gaming as a whole, and Kotaku's post was stupid and sensational, but that's no excuse for how vitriolic he became. It's like someone getting pissed that there was a stupid sensational headline on Enquirer. You expect these things from these outlets.

I dunno, I guess it's just refreshing to see someone A) Not let Kotaku get away with their shit and B) actually speak their mind, even if it does make them sound stupid and childish.

Plus, the whole thing's as amusing as watching two twelve year olds fight on the playground...which, I find to be very amusing indeed.
