So due to financial reasons I unfortunately had to return Eternal Sonata and Dark Souls but I was wondering if Darksiders was any good or if it could even be considered a western RPG as there was no review for the first game on the site thanks

Isn't that an action game?

Also you had to return 2 games for financial reason yet you are going to the store thinking about getting darksiders?  Wat

It's really more of a Zelda-like that's made in the USA.

Think Zelda-like exploration and puzzle solving combined with God of War style combat.

Yeah what the hell?

Think of all the money wasted going to and fro videogame stores! He/She wasted at least enough money to buy some instant ramen to tide the stomach over until the unemployment check arrives

I think the question ran more to "If you're taking video games back because you can't afford them, why are you going to spend money on yet another game?  How can you afford it? And if you can only afford one game, why are you returning both and buying a new one?"

Darksiders 1 is cheap as hell these days, though.

However, Dark Souls should be running like, 20ish, and ES I imagine being around 15, so if you're in a position where 35 dollars is enough to make or break you financially, you should probably quit buying games.

(Then again I'm part of the 1%, so like my massive stack of yachts was also cheap as hell by my standards).
