It tooks months and months of saving, but we finally finished:

I spent several months building up my fund of 11M. FC's biggest donators Georgios, Tala and Dissonant, who threw in 1M each. Nmtd threw in 300k and local peasant Agent Dee gave us 100k.

Nice that we don't have to be too gung-ho about making money anymore, just gotta decorate now. Pictures of the house + inside coming someday when we're not lazy.

The Emerald Shield got a house too ;)

Since the FC is pretty small and the small houses are getting bigger w/basement in the next patch, that's what we went with. Mandatory hot tub and all. Mist is awesome.

We just got ours tonight. Going to take us a while to decorate. Housewarming invitations to follow.

Wow...that's a bit more than I expected from 2.2's upcoming patch. Looks like I'll be busy again come next friday.

And that's only part of the patch notes!

Lot of stuff in the Q&A thread too. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/threads/154038-Letter-from-the-Producer-LIVE-Part-XIII-Q-A-Updates/page2

This game is really nice on PC. Whoa. Also I can take my own screens and stop stealing Mike's.

That dragoon in the video is me. :(

EDIT: Actually no, I'd fall off from a landslide, not his landing after a jump. Or I'll just stand in 2-3 plumes.
