Any of you guys ever hang out? Over the years I've gotten to know a few of you pretty well. I'd like to meet some of you for the fuck of it.

Especially Mesh.

Outside of E3, I've hung out with Sensei Phoenix, TurnBasedDude, Ramza, Slime/Dancin' Homer (old staffer), Akira, and a couple others I'm probably forgetting.

At E3 last year, I met and hung out with a bunch of other staffers.  We're all so split up, regionally, that we never really get to hang out in person.

Granted, even the 'fanners who live closest to me and whom I've hung with the most (SP, TBD, and I shared many "Harvest Day" trips over the years), I haven't been hanging out with them much and it seems like the best way for anyone to see me is at one of my band's shows.  So maybe once we tour your area...

Nearly everyone I would want to meet from here is on the west coast or way the fuck up north, so I can't make a day trip to see them.  I keep telling myself I'll take a trip and meet up with my bitches when I'm not poor...but I will never not be poor. :P

Well, next time you come to Montreal for Video Game Live or some other shit (or I go down), maybe we should meet up.
Why didn't we do that last time?

I think I saw a few RPGFan staff in line for Yuzo Koshiro autographs at MAGFest earlier this year, but I kept mum about it since it would be extremely creepy to address them along the lines of "hey, I think I've been lurking your website for years?"  I've been to every MAGFest since V in Charlottesville.  It's kind of my jam.

A lot of people are shy about that, Goosie.  Like whenever I play out with my band, people in the crowd are shy about approaching me even though they want to, so I always go up to them and say hi.  Oftentimes, they reply, "We were hoping you'd come over and talk to us."  For me, I've never been shy about, say, going up to musicians and stuff and saying hi and everything.

I'm the kind of person, if you say hi to me, I'll talk to you... unless you're proseletyzing.  Then I'll blow you off.

Nah, I'm not shy about any of that.  Hell, me and my roommate invited perfect strangers to our room for drinks and ended up with like forty facebook invites the next day.  Our room number ended up getting passed around on Twitter.  I just didn't want to seem like a creep by saying "hey, are you guys on such and such website? Because I think I read you?" while waiting in line.  Whatever.  I'm not saying I make sense.

Around PAX time I always ask if there are any other RPGFanners who are going to be there, but it seems like I'm the only one who actually goes to PAX...

I WANT to go to Prime, but can never actually make it...

Outside of E3 and other staff, I hang out with AweofShe/Rain sometimes now that he lives in the area. I know there's other Vancouver dwellers around here. And Seattle. I should really go.

I've also met Eusis years ago before he was staff.

I got to meet turnbasedude and ashtrot last year, was gonna get together again last month with them but I got sick the day of...fuckin ruined my week that did.

I'd be down for a meet and greet type thing so long as I didn't have to come up with any suggestions on where and what to do. I'm a boring motherfucker.
