My brief time with the multiplayer was a quick checklist of annoyance.
1. Get Hacked.
2. Find Hacker.
3. Unload weaponry on hacker.
4.???
5. Profit
Maybe there are better modes in the game, but I'm going to wait for this to hit 20 bucks in a year or so before I buy it. Its not a complete GTA clone, in fact it feels more like Assassin's Creed and GTA had a baby, with a way worse story. I mean everything WORKS in this game, and its pretty good at what it does, but it isn't keeping me interested.

Does this game even have any dogs in it? How can you watch dogs without any dogs?

I do NOT like the direction that the Nintendogs series started going in after Sleeping Dogs and I guess this isn't going to change it any !!!!

Keep in mind that development on this started about 5 years ago.

Wouldn't be the first game that took that long to develop.

Its not a complete GTA clone, in fact it feels more like Assassin's Creed and GTA had a baby, with a way worse story.

Is more about the characters and the city than any kind of overarching narrative (at least so far until the sequels start to happen).

This reminds me of Assassin's Creed.

Release early hype video.

Get people hyped.

Release game, which is extremely repetitive.

Sell like gangbusters, despite it being disappointing.

Turn the sequel into what the first game should have been.

Yeah. This game was kinda suspect from the get-go. It's not bad but its by no means great. The whole "hacking" element is just silly.

Agreed.  I wish the game had more of these

Even though this would technically be a 'game over' since pup is sleeping.

I'm starting to enjoy the game more. The story is picking up and Aiden is becoming more likeable during every encounter with his sister. Still wish he would drop the voice thing though. He seems to drop it when he gets mad or worried, so it apparently isn't THAT important he use the voice. This game has the same problem as Assassin's Creed since Brotherhood. They pack a whole lotta meaningless side stuff into the game to distract you, but a lot of it isn't fun. Watch underscore Dogs (as the video game case says) does a little better with this though, because there are a lot of fun activities you can do. Its just that the game has a hard time connecting them to much of anything going on.

I also have a hard time believing Aiden to be a hero, especially right after I make him steal money from a suicide survivor, blood donor, and recovering alcoholic. I also kind of went on a murder spree for a trophy, so that doesn't help me get closer to him at all.
