I avoid online multiplayer because my brain still works.

Saw it coming from a mile away when they launched the teaser site.  This whole "bring back a beloved series to smartphones" thing is getting old.

People keep comparing this to BoF6 but I don't see how it's in any way comparable. Who's actually cared about the Mana series since Legend- remember that was almost 15 years ago (jesus I'm old), and I recall a couple people weren't too hot about that one either. Since then the series has been plagued with mediocre/awful installments, beautiful graphics and music notwithstanding.

Looks alright to me, and I can see this working well on PS Vita too.

I'm sure as a smartphone game it's great, but it doesn't carry the distinct storybook style of the Mana series at all (The monsters might, but that's only because they're exact monsters from the series).

You know, I'm the first person to admit I'm not into mobile gaming AT ALL, but I have to admit, even in spite of my overwhelming skepticism, I thought that trailer made the game look good. I'd play that if they released it on a system with buttons.
Friends, waffles, work. Or waffles, friends, work. Doesn't matter, but work is third.
