Oh it's possible, but not without planning. As it stands, giant beastie in your town does not give you a heck of a lot of time to plan a counterattack. It's a prime example of "IM IN UR BASES, I'M KILLING UR MANS".

The fact that everytime someone dies, he gets stronger/heals makes it even better.

Too bad blizzard changed it so the chance of anything like this (even on a smaller degree, like a burning steepes dragon) ever happening again is non-existant..
