nah, Haunted Junction only has it going for the chorus section. Chrono Trigger's ROBO THEME has the Rick Astley connection for chorus AND verse!! (though its chorus ends far differently chord-progression wise)

It's a fairly well-recognized thing now --- people were "Robo-Rolling" a few years ago. Also, Mitsuda commented that he'd never heard NGGYU when he wrote Robo's Theme, so I suppose that absolves him. :P
