I finally got around to buying a copy of "Leviathan" by Mastodon.  I had heard bits and pieces of it before, but not the whole package at once.  Pretty brutal. :P

Leviathan's great.  Blood Mountain's even better though.  Every Mastodon album is better than the last.  Now hopefully the next one kicks the shit out of BM.  :P

Cattle Decapitation - The Harvest Floor

You could say this album "moo-ves" me.

...No, really, it's good.  :(

For a whopping 75 cents plus a couple of bucks in shipping I got this one CD I've been searching for since 1993.  Love Under Will by Tribe After Tribe.

Frank Zappa - Waka/Jawaka

A fine, fine album.

I've been looking for both the new Sepultura and the new Napalm Death and can't find them. :(

The city I live in has shitty music stores.

A guy on another forum sent me a few promo cds that he got for free:

Before the Rain - One Day Less. This is really solid doom metal, you might enjoy it Losfer.

El Soter - Appletree of Discord
Astarte Syriaca - Darkened Light
Descendants of Cain - The Tao of Wisdom and Misery

Haven't listened to the other 3 yet.
