Dunno if it was suggested but Wilfred maybe?
Laugh tracks (or real audiences in some cases) have become a thing I learn to tune out.
And if you're okay with something strictly comedy and no plot then Impractical Jokers.
Each episode is a competition with four friends trying to embarrass each other, and if they can't do certain things, they may get punished for it.
Indiana Jones and Jurassic Park
Art supplies
Fast food
Art class
Focus group
Sunglasses

edit: just thought of a few animated series.
Moral Orel is a solid dramedy about growing up in an overly religious town.
The Boondocks is a good commentary on race issues, this and Moral Orel are great if you have an aversion to South Park, but want satire.
Bob's Burgers is pretty damn quirky and fun.
Assuming late-night stuff is an option, watch Craig Ferguson if you haven't yet, and Jimmy Kimmel.

I mostly pop in occasionally to give my two cents on certain controversial things, so if you disagree then send a PM, because I generally don't check for replies in threads in case I feel like replying and then things get heated/derailed.

I had forgotten about Impractical Jokers. Every episode has gotten the most laughs out of me than any other show out there. It's one of the few things that have made me "laugh till it hurts" so to speak. Amazingly funny show.

Drunk History is really good too, especially if you're decently into history, but it's best in short bursts.

Frasier.

Good mix of intelligent comedy with slapstick humour.

I just finished watching all 11 seasons.

It held up quite well.
I avoid online multiplayer because my brain still works.

Arrested Development, Scrubs, Archer, Home Movies, pretty much anything on Adult Swim.

Grimey? So I'm gross now? Wouldn't it be Grimy, or Grimmy? ;-)

I haven't fit in much more comedy. I've watched 4 eps of Louie, which I'm still not sure I even like. Some of the bits are simply not funny (like the lady who wanted to have sex with an "old" guy. That was just weird). I haven't watched any more Arrested beyond the first two, but I do plan to.
I've been watching Breaking Bad Season 4 mostly.
I'm looking forward to finding a new drama after BB, as I'm kind of sick of it. I have plenty of options for that, so no thread for you!

If comedy isn't your jam, check out True Detective. I just started it and it's my bag.

On that note, I recommend Fargo.  Both comedy and drama. :D

I want to watch that but it's not on anything I own.

Damn tv got complicated in the last 5 years.

When you talk about a show you have to ask "what's it on?"

Been there, done that. GREAT show.

I want to watch FARGO, but it's not on anything I own.

Exactly. How do I watch it?

If you have cable, you should have it, since it's on FX.
Amazon (instant video) has it too.

I rarely watch TV as it's broadcast. Unless FX has it On Demand? Either that or I have to pay for it per episode.

Yodes, that's a cool site. Looks like Fargo is 1.99 per ep on itunes. I hate the idea of paying more for TV than what I already pay Comcast and Netflix. I'll wait and see on this one.
