Why are you guys being prudes about Summer Lesson? I don't get it. ┐( ̄ヮ ̄)┌

'Cause it looks like it's 100% a waifu simulator and nothing else.

A game really needs something more than character designs to hook me.  I was psyched for the new Senran Kagura from the same conference, but Senran Kagura is a fun game that doesn't take itself seriously.

There's no joke with Summer Lesson, and there doesn't appear to be much in the way of gameplay either.  The whole game seems to be, "here's a pretty female high school student for you to interact with".  You don't understand why people would find that kind of creepy?

^I've said very clearly why I'm interested in trying Summer Lesson personally. And no, I don't care about in what people thinks. I understand very well the insecurity people have over this, but that's their problem, I'm not the one that's thinking with his dick after all.

I'm thinking with my dick and want to play it.
I still don't see how that's wrong.

Because she isn't a titty ninja who's clothes I can tear off with my titty ninja.

But seriously, you're literally asking the equivalent to "Why aren't you guys so totally anticipating the completion of this Japanese sex bot training simulator?"

Also, preemptive grats at your wasting your 6k post on defending your stance on sex bot technology, Yggdrasil.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

Yeah, 'cause you would never do that.

I see how people are thinking with their dicks when they see Summer Lesson

Clearly the only reason anyone could have to object to a shallow, explicitly sexualized, gameplay-less waifu simulator is that they're insecure prudes who are actually sexually attracted to it.  There can be no other explanation.

^You always do this kind of thing with the quotes acting like I should feel bad about something.

Eh, whatever. You guys are probably gonna keep going on about this for something I never expected to have this kind of reaction here of all places. :/

Let's all be nice, people. Talk about TGS :).

You don't understand why people would find that kind of creepy?

And that's why that stuff doesn't come here. So we should stop shaking our heads at it, it's not meant for us.

Drat you Yggdra! You purposefully made this your 6001st post just to spite my efforts

Also congrats on your 6000th post man.

I saw the video for Summer Lesson and decided it wasn't for me.  Interesting technology, though.  Could be more interesting to me in other games down the line, I guess.

Anyhow, I am 100% pumped for new Ys and new Persona, and around 70% pumped for Dragon Quest Musou and Disgaea 5.  Looking forward to hearing more at TGS.  Especially if they can give us more info on the casts of P5 and Ys (presumably?) 8.

Here's my completely unjustified wish list for TGS:

1. New Dissidia
2. Trauma Team sequel for Wii U
3. Some kind of major details on FFXV (release, gameplay, anything substantial)
4. In the wake of Silent Hills, Konami announces Castlevanias.

Yes!

2. Trauma Team sequel for Wii U

Double Yes!!

4. In the wake of Silent Hills, Konami announces Castlevanias.

Please no. I'm tired of seeing one of my favorite franchises destroyed right before my eyes.
