I'll buy SaGa 2015 because I've always liked SaGa Frontier 2 and, more importantly, I wan't the vita (and non nintendo handhelds) to still be a thing.

It's too pretty to die!

Poor Vita can't catch a break.  People are always complaining about the lack of exclusives but when an exclusive is announced they complain that it's not on system X.  There's no way to win...

Do people really complain about that? Not counting the backlog, I think I can count the number of NON-exclusives on the Vita on my fingers.

Idk, kinda happy to see stuff on the vita personally. Makes it more than just my ps4 control/display when in my living room (or bathroom, cough cough). I think the vita is getting too much flak, the damn thing looks amazing and handles well too.

Are you serious?  "No exclusives" is by far the biggest complaint I hear about the Vita.  And while 'no' might be an exaggeration, it certainly is true that there are a whole lot of ports on the system.  Not to mention that it's actually lost exclusivity for things like Tearaway.

PS: I love the Vita, and I agree with Agent D. that it seems to get an awful lot of undeserved flak.

I feel like the problem with the Vita is there's a lot of misinformation and a lack of research about its game collection.

Well that and its absurdly priced memory, which is definitely valid.

Anyway, I'm a bit sad that the Imperial SaGa is phone-only, it sounds neat.

I think I play my Vita more than I do any other console or handheld I own.

The memory for the vita, I admit, is horribly pricey. Even when it's on sale, a high end memory card can run as much as the system still. Sony should really look into that.

I'm curious about the Imperial SaGa game, can someone tell me if it's going to have tech sparking or are you gonna have to buy some silly card to give you a new move every time? I'm betting the info is lacking still, but I figured I'd ask.

how much did you guys pay for your memory cards?  I spent like 60 bucks for a 64 gig.  Which was still a lot, but most people are acting like they had to hack off part of their leg in order to buy one.

the 64 gig isn't even commercially available in North America. You have to import it.

The 32 gig card is $80 in Canada, and a 32 gig micro sd card, which is significantly smaller than the PS vita cards, cost between 25 and 40 dollars. The reason people complain is because there's literally no reason for the cards to be so expensive beyond branding.

It would also be less of an issue if you could save downloaded Vita games separately from the game file itself because, seriously, you either need PS+ to maintain a save after you delete a game off your Vita, or you need to back it up on your PC. Why would you design your save system like that? It's clearly not mandatory since cartridge games save onto the Vita itself, instead of onto the cartridge.

Exactly.  A card of the same size not made specifically for Vita would be half the price, if not 1/3 of the price. And Sony locks out any other types of memory, essentially forcing you to pay for ridiculously overpriced memory for no reason at all, since it's not like the Vita cards are anything special, either.

The memory is easily the biggest flaw with the Vita.

lol, well I bought one at my local disc replay for 60 bucks.

wtf? at least it's apparently region free.

edit: well SHIT, I probably have a stolen memory card then.  Because what are the odds that someone paid to import one and then turned around and sold it to a small resale store?

The thing with getting a Vita is that's another console I'd have to allocate mental real estate to.

Getting a 360 actually caused me some emotional distress for realsies.

I almost bit the bullet on getting a 360, but I held off and got a Wii U instead.

But again, it's not entirely the Vita itself that I have issue with. It's that Squeenix rarely bothers to go the extra mile in terms of localization (though supposedly, they're going to get better at that after Bravely Default's performance).

Then again, this could all be a moot point with Playstation TV (assuming that it'll support it, and Squeenix would be fools not to).

Also, Imperial SaGa looks more like a browser based game than a whatever-phone game.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

Or, you're right, it is a browser game.  It seems I misread it.

. . .I'd honestly would have rather had it as a phone game.
