Ah, thanks. I'm looking forward to it even more now. A good game is going to be released during the summer drought.

About time a female cast member doesnt use a rod.
Im thrilled...I've loved this series for a decade now. =)
I hear its pretty good too (and has oodles of character cameos).
EDIT: I just realised... "Vth"'s been tossed.

Meh, dunno if i'll buy this game even if it ever does come out in Europe. I think WA3's absurdly long lifespan has put me off Wild Arms - though it still remains one of my favourite rpgs on ps2. Do all WA games have 100+ hours of game time?
Wild Arms 4 is very short. It will take less than 25 hours to complete the main storyline.
And I hope Wild Arms 5 get's a PAL release (although the PAL Wild Arms 4 had some terrible bugs in it, there were a few places where the game would freeze in the default PAL settings).

Well, I was talking more majority.
The point is, I want a lead female role with a gigantic fucking hammer crushing anything that gets in her way... What if?
I liked Raquel and Clive for their deceptive appearances. Clive was a family-man/geek with a sniper, and Raquel was a sickly ribbon-wearing can of kick-ass.
Although I really do look forward to the game, I still feel a bit blue about the loss of Naruke as the composer and a beautiful anime opening. =(
Ah well, its coming! =)

The music in WA5 kicks ass.
Anyone who disagrees is a fucking douche.

I was worried about Naruke's absence as well, but from what I've heard of WA5's music so far, it sounds a hell of a lot more like Wild Arms than WA4 did.

I covered the soundtracks. Yes, I do miss Naruke, and while its not super-awesome, I liked it a lot. Certainly good stuff.

Sweet sounds like it's got a great WA-fitting soundtrack, though I still want to see Naruke back to atleast do half of the next one. I know he was sick or something during 4 but did they ever say why he didn't even contribute a couple of tracks this time? 4's battle song being by him certainly helped ease me into the new composers since I heard that awesome very WA song so much.
This game is going to rock, I'm glad they kept the HEX system that was surprisingly excellent. It also helps that those character designs in 3D are totally great (I didn't mind the cut-ins but I much prefer the smoothness of this presentation style with the closeups and cinematic camera work). Rebecca looks visually awesome and I'm glad she has the six-shooters as someone said (Virginia might be my favorite character in WA so far if I really had to make that tough choice). The main character looks to be less annoying than Jude and the "mysterious" girl looks really cool, and I'm glad she has the sword, she'll remind me of the awesomeness of Raquel.
As a guy I think it's nice to finally have some kick-ass female characters "lead" the party or atleast be the most useful in combat (yeah I know Rebecca's not the lead but it sounds like she does most of the damage like Raquel did). Probably why WA3 is still my favorite, I actually found Virginia quite the awesome party leader usually I like one of the supporting party characters best lol.
All I have to say is, thank you XSeed for picking up the next game in one of my favorite series, you're the best for doing this and WA4! I hope they put together an amazing English voice cast again like they did for Wild Arms 4. And with some other interesting titles recently announced and two other ones already done they are really doing a bang up job starting off.
