OMG, HEAD EXPLODES.

I think we'll just have to agree to disagree. lol I might be SRW obsessive though so my opinion is biased.

I love Z2 though that might partly be because it has many of my favorite Mecha. Heck, even though I hate Gundam 00, the 00 gundams are some of my favorite Z2 mecha. Go go Z2 all gundam teams. lol

Yeah no, the series themselves are fine, and the cast interaction was great (Chicio hoping out of his trashcan on wheels to shoot Godmars' big bad in the face was a particular high point) but Crowe didn't add much other than a doofy debt side story and overly long attack animations, Esther got fridged hard, and Z3's, UX's and now BX's OG characters are essentially the exact same guy with suspiciously similar mechs (L's Thundercougarfalconbird mech saves that game's OG pair from also being the exact same guy as the other three (K's Mist Rex was a far better protagonist than any of those chucklefucks due entirely to the fact that at least he was memorable (in entirely the worst ways possible) which is still a far better thing than just being completely interchangeable)). There's seriously no need for any more male power fantasy self-insert protagonists for a good long while, especially in the wake of OGs2's what's-his-face and his Ex-Bine, but that's not going to stop Banpresto from churning them out one after another.
In my vision, I see that one of us is going to KO the other.

Necroing the everloving hell out of this topic because, http://gematsu.com/2017/06/13-sentinels-aegis-rim-coming-west

Western release confirmed.

(Now if literally anything else about the game could be confirmed. Seriously, this went dark for almost as long as TMS#not-Persona, and not even Japan has this yet.)

I quite literally forgot this even existed so it's like I'm discovering it all over again!  How fun.

I hadn't forgotten about it! I was disappointed every few months when I would check to see if there had been any news. But this is good news. Now to just wait for TBD to come around so Japan can get the game so they can start translating it!

I do recall that there was mention of 13 Sentinels though on some E3 page, so we might get some new screens or footage then? I can hope!

Typical Square Enix vaporware, delays constantly, crap company.

Oh wait, other companies do this too?

Except unlike SE, they don't desperately keep it in the news when it's still going to be a while before there's any reason to talk about it.

Don't you need to have a release date before you can be delayed? I mean for all we know they are exactly on their planned schedule since they didn't tell us when it was going to release. :p

I remember this type of thing happening with Dragon's Crown, too, where they just went silent for years before we saw anything. They're meticulous, at least.

Which actually makes sense given how they tend to make very expressive games using lavish 2D sprites for fucking everything. Meticulous indeed.

I'm a huge Vanillaware fan! Ever since Muramasa on Wii! I've got all of their games on PS Vita, and I hope this new game will be available on the platform as well!

Given that Muramasa's Vita port is the only RPG I've given a perfect 10/10 on my review wiki, I'm naturally a fan of Vanillaware's titles and will keep a close watch on this one.

I feel like I should clarify that I'm pretty interested in checking this one out.  I like the move to sci-fi.
