My Humps by Alanis Morrissette.
I should really say the video though, song's just not the same without it. Too funny.

maudlin of the Well - Birth Pains of Astral Projection
I'd never been washed ashore
Or seen the droll night before
My body vanished
I hovered in the concourse
Of the court of thousands
Of yellow asphodel
It hurts remembering the fragance of Heaven.
So awesome.

King Diamond - Blood To Walk
The King's PR machine has been saying the new album is gonna absolutely smoke "The Puppet Master". I can't see how, being that "The Puppet Master" is damn near perfect.

Iced Earth - Prophecy
Man, I hate to admit this, but this new version smokes the original. The drummer pounds away like fucking John Bonham on this shit, and it works to great effect.

I just caught wind of a new metal band called Sanctity. They're on Roadrunner records... but they're good. They're not nu-metal at all. In fact, they have that headbangable old school thrash sound that I grew up with. No goofy-ass low tunings that sound clunky rather than heavy. When nu-metal bands drop to low C or even low A, it sounds horrid. Some of the heaviest metal I've heard isn't far from standard tuning- usually drop E-flat or drop-D. One of the best thrash metal bands in my area tunes standard.
Sounds like Sanctity tunes to drop E-flat or drop-D at the lowest.
Song of the moment by Sanctity is "Beneath the Machine" and it's a great metal song. It's headbangable, thrashy, and about getting tattoos.

Fantastic Castle - Flying Cars
I intend to do a Dincrest, as this is a local band, the lead singer and guitarist of which is a friend of mine. They're not really my kind of music (pop-punk), but my friend is a pretty awesome guitarist. I saw them live for the first time last night, and this song really stood out. The lyrics are pretty damned awesome. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to post them :P
