CoheedIV is a wad.

the point of this post is not that, however.

Buddy Guy is coming to town, but the Busker's Ball is on the same night.

do I see a blues legend pour his heart out, or do I see local street musicians pour their hearts out?

I say see Buddy Guy.  The local musicians will be around in your area for you to see them again, but Buddy Guy doesn't come around your area too often.  It will be assumedly easier for you to catch Busker's Ball again than it would Buddy Guy, I would think.

You'd be retarded not to go see Buddy Guy.  It's that damn simple. :P
