Oath in Felghana info

I want this game. I know it's only available in Japan for the PC. Is it playable in English? I swear I've seen guys on this board who don't know a lick of Japanese playing the game. Darkrider comes to mind.
Where should I go to buy it?

It's not in English, but it was easy enough for me to figure out from my experience with Ys III.  You go to the same areas in the same order you did previously, so it was just a matter of finding the area with the right music. :P

I'm pretty sure I ordered mine from NCSX, but that was a long time ago so my memory might be off.  I haven't imported anything before then or since, so I don't know if that's the best place out there to do business.
