I'm planning on wiping my computer soon and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for anti-virus software. I'm currently using AVG Free which has served me well, but if anyone has suggestions for a preferably free anti-virus that they like, I'd like to hear them. My three top choices are AntiVir Free, AVG Free, and Kapersky (not free, but supposedly really good). Thanks.

ADD: I forgot to mention, my Dad's computer uses Vista, so if anyone has any additional suggestions as far as security software for Vista, I'd appreciate that too.

AVG Free works well for me.  A hell of a lot better than Norton ever did, in fact.

I also use AVG and actually purchased the full use of it for an additional year.  It updates everyday and I've never had a trojan or anything else get past it since it was installed.  Not to mention it doesn't hog the resources that other anti-virus programs use.
