So I think I'm not alone in saying I think threads like Maxx's FF13 playthrough, Dice's FF7 playthrough, and forgive-me-for-forgetting-who's FF6 playthrough have been some of the most entertaining threads we've had on these forums, plus they've generated lighthearted and fun discussions and debates.

There also have been several inspired posters talking about wanting to start similar threads for detailed playthroughs of other games.

That said, rather than inundating the Single Player forum with such threads, or flooding the Game Journal thread with bloated posts, I think a great idea would be to keep the Game Journal thread for smaller gaming haps related posts, and start a new sub-forum for members to share extended LP's and other gaming quests.

I can't speak for the whole staff on this one, but as for my own personal opinion, I agree that it sounds like a good idea.

If we can sustain the section with fresh blood posts now and then, why not.

If this passes, please move my RPGFantasy there ;)
(I swear I'll continue it ! Too many games to play now ^^;;)

I'd Ship it.

I'd be happy to do one of these LP/Extended Let's Play on a game I'm familiar with (like growlanser II/something simple or what not). You' have my thumbs up :D

After getting a positive response from Management, I went ahead and created a Game Journal board.  It's just after Multiplayer Games in the listing.  I moved the regular Game Journal thread there, as well as a couple of playthroughs I noticed.  If you've got a thread that you'd like me to move there, or if the board doesn't seem to be working properly, please let me know.

Done - thanks.  I actually looked for that one a bit, but didn't find it.

Took me a moment to realise what happened when I couldn't think my FFXIII thread.

Makes me feel bad about not updating for so long :(
