Persona 3

Yeah, it is only a rumor and all, but I still remain optimistic. Persona 3 was simply awesome.

I don't know if I could survive FES. I've already spent 180 hours on Persona 3, and I can still see myself playing it again on a THIRD run through right now only a day after finishing it. It's simply fantastic. Easily my favorite game on the PS2, and in the top five of best ever.

God, I hope that Atlus does an equally impressive job with Persona 4. And that FES reaches us soon.

Oh hell yes.  I don't care how the heck much they charge for a LE, if they have one for the game I have to go for it.

Assuming it's true, of course.  I think the fact it was taken off the lists is pretty good incidental proof.

Now I feel bad about not finishing Persona 3. I mean I like it, it's just that school started, and schnupdiwhups, it's almost November!? Well, I'll be buying FES anyway if/when it comes out.

I guess since I've gotten tired of gaming, I'm less looking at fun and more looking at being filled with a child-like feeling of wonder and glee. Persona 3 is definitely in the latter category.

I'm not that excited for FES. There is some GREAT music from the FES soundtrack but as far as plot goes it gives more WTF moments than adding much more to the end of P3.

If they overestimated demand I could easily see FES being a bargain bin item at some point since it is "just" an expansion, and there were plenty of people who didn't like Persona 3.  Also, Atlus has been more likely to do that than they used to, considering most of their games went OOP before they ever got to that point. :P

True enough.  I never thought of Atlus as a small company until I realized that half of their stuff is damned near impossible to find.

I do know there is a demand for FES... Rather, Atlus should be kicking themselves for not bringing FES in the first place, personally I'm surprised they didn't (were they not expecting the sales they got I wonder???)
