I watched Gone Baby, Gone.  A lot better than I expected.  I don't even know what to say about it really but I need to find someone else who has seen it to talk to them.

I watched 1/2 of that movie. You can have 1/2 a conversation with me.

Finally saw Scott Pilgrim.  Had read the comics (after the movie came out), and there were some things I liked better about the movie, some I liked better in the comics.

I preferred the movie because I think it did a way better job with the "haha's" than the comic, which just sorta glazes over them.  Cera BARELY pulls it off, some parts he's okay, some parts he's clearly not right for.

Season 6 of the Office was pretty bad.  The first few seasons were made of gold and really took a dive.  I find this season a bit better.  I follow the general principle across ALL shows that once a baby is introduced, they've run out of ideas.  30 Rock has been great, they still haven't lost the "zany" factor that shines in a wit rarely seen in television.

Someone mention Night at the Museum.  The movie loses 2 stars for having Ben Stiller.  He plays the same role ALL THE DAMN TIME. BRR.

I saw Dirty Dancing.  The plot makes your IQ drop, but it's a great movie nonetheless.

Inception is still genius to me.

Oscar is a movie no one has heard of, and any Stallone fan would have missed.

Tombstone's mah huckleberry (ba-dum-tss)

I also got sick recently, so I love watching fluff films to get over the illness.  I watched a bunch of Disney movies....
- The Little Mermaid.  Classic.  I love the chef scene the most ("Hee hee Hee HO HO HO").  The original story's story depressed me though and Disney's magic-love was appreciated.
-Pocahantas.  Decent.  I loved it as a kid, seeing it 3 times in theatre.  Poca was AMAZINGLY animated herself they used rotoscoping) and the historical inaccuracies are somewhat rectified in the much-worse second film.  It was nice to see non-talking animals for once...
-Aladdin.  I love this movie.  Aladdin is a fun, swift, and humble character and Jasmine is a less-typical princess.
-Lion King.  AKA; Bambi-Hamlet.  Great movie, well animated, and the music was wonderful.
-Beauty and the Beast.  I liked the Beast as an asshole better than a softie haha.  His palace is beautiful and the movie is wonderful in general.  I love the in-film font for the title, where "Beauty" is written like it was for soap-opera "Young and the Restless" haha

I've seen it. :)  Some parts of it are OK, others are almost intolerable.  Of course, I really REALLY hate mistaken identity plots.  So having parts be OK is saying something.

Some Like It Hot- it was good, but it ends a little to abruptly
Son of the Mask- this would be a perfect torture device for the Spanish Inquisition (only got about 20 minutes in)
Shawshank Redemption- decided to watch it again once I was done with that last one, it is excellent
Princess Bride- I saw/heard a lot of good things about it and had probably had too high expectations of it, so it was bleh
I feel like I'm forgetting one

Saw Jonah Hex on the plane last night.  It was free, and I got what I paid for.

Really? I mean, it's not on par with seasons two or three, but I though season 6 was the better of the following three. I do agree that they're running out of ideas. I think Season 7 had been pretty hit and miss overall.

With the exception of a few moments this season of office has been wretched.

Surprisingly Ryan has been pretty funny lately as the know-it-all hipster.

I thought the last episode was at least interesting because it took place almost entirely outside of The Office. The new season seems less about the zaniness of Michael Scott and more about the relationships that have developed over the previous 6 seasons. Not that this is an excuse for what have been pretty bad epsiodes thus far, but I think this is their intention.

And agreed, Ryan as the hipster is a great addition.

Let's see.. lots of TV series. I finished up Parks and Recreations Seasons 1 & 2 which is freaking awesome and I want more! Also finishing up Desperate Housewives Season 6 (guilty pleasure) which is also hilarious. Watching more The Office Season 6 which I'm still managing to enjoy. Also, I'm finishing up the first season of Avatar: The Last Airbender which has turned out to be a very charming show -- awesome story, voice-acting, and makes me chuckle every now and then too.

Yeah, my 360 has served more as a Netflix device than a game console lately.

I'd appreciate them showing more than zany mike if they developed their characters better over the years. with the exception of dwight's sex contract w/ angela (is she getting hot or is it me??) i could care less about the storylines of most of the characters. andy is funny but did they ever give a reason things not working with erin?

His engagement to Angela and the fact that he never told her.  It's kinda weak in my opinion but at the same time I know people who would be like that so...
