omg, I missed so much gold here.
So I'll just quote all the parts I like and you all get recognition and should pat yourselves on the bat because Dice, a real person somewhere, thought you were funny.
The theater was freakin' empty, though. I think there were less than 10 people. Private showing felt nice.
Bruce Willis pwns!
I actually didn't like this post because, if I were a fan, I'd ship Jacob and Bella -- because they made more sense in the context of the film (the "I'm warm/cold" thing, the fact they go 3 books with telling her NOT to "dawn mascera and lipstick" and turn vampire [she wouldn't have to with him], less vampire dramz, no need to worry about friends/family dying before her).
We get a Bella who, since turning into a vamp, has decided to amp up the mascara and lipstick, resulting in a much sexier, more confident, woman. I had no idea those things could have such an effect.
The only real character that stands out is Michael Sheens. As an actor he rocks, and actually makes you wonder about Aro(?) and his past.
The whole Jacob/Renesme(sp?) thing is still creepy, no matter how they explain it away.
Agreed, and aside Michael Sheens, who is actually too good for the series but maybe needed in that case, Bella's dad was a pretty stand up guy and so were the natives. In fact, I love a lot of the supporting cast, I'm not sure if it's only by comparison of the terrible main threesome.
Why has everyone here seen Twilight?
It honestly never even occurred to me to actually sit down and watch them...
That many more people to give them money... Can't wait for "The Host" next. =/
If we're talking tween books, I'm happier with people fawning over Hunger Games....

My wife read the books, and even though she didn't particularly love them, she still wanted to see the movies. Considering it's almost always me picking out the movies we watch, I have to throw her a bone every now and then.
Plus, I knew they would be fun to mock.
Sometimes watching awful is still terribly entertaining.
lol I had no idea the 2nd part even came out
I liked Twilight better back when it was called Underworld.

Love the last three and have no real response/commentary other than "indeed".
