Final Fantasy XI Reactivation Error.

Hey folks, my second update today... Second about FFXI. Hm.

Anyway, we are trying to set up Louise's old account, but are having some issues. When we login to the initial screens, everything is okay, but when we go to actually confirm the account details, it fails and says that our login details are incorrect despite... Us just using them to login in successfully.

So Louise is assuming that the account has been deleted and purged, thusly rendering our copy of the game "fucking useless."

Does anyone know if this is indeed correct? I mean, surely we can reset the information and use this copy of the game again. ...Right? NA customer service was no help and European customer service is not open, so we're trying to find out any info we can from actual players.

Any help will be beyond appreciated.
