RPGs:
WA:ACF
WA4
DDS2
Grandia III
Oblivion
Metal Saga (twice, but not really)
Atelier Iris 2: Azoth of Destiny
Shadow Hearts: From the New World
Kingdom Hearts II
Dragon Quest VIII
Devil Summoner
Adventure games:
Phoenix Wright
The Moment of Silence
Nibiru: Age of Secrets
Scratches
Crime Stories
Keepsake (sorta)
Nancy Drew: Danger By Design
Touch Detective
Finished Devil Summoner at around 43 hrs. It could have been finished sooner if I hadn't level grinded so much. The game is the easiest of the SMT I have played. I did die a couple times, but those deaths only occurred in the optional training hall where I did the 100 demon fights. I mostly died because I wasn't paying attention to my health or my demon's health. With careful monitoring, you shouldn't ever die.
The battle system isn't everyone's cup of tea. I found it was murder on my arthritic hands but I kept playing since I loved the demon fusion part of the game.

Just going to repost the list.
RPGs:
Shadow Hearts: Covenant
Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana
Suikoden IV
Shin Megemi Tensei: Nocturne
Vagrant Story
Valkyrie Profile (B Ending, Normal)
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth (A and C Endings, Hard)
Phantasy Star Online Episode 1 & 2 Plus (Normal)
Phantasy Star Universe
Xenosaga Episode III: Also Sprach Zarathustra
Adventure:
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Beat Phantasy Star Universe. Entertaining, roughly what I expected aside from less information than I'd have liked, but I think they're just saving up for the expansions.

Agatha Christie's: Murder on the Orient Express
Okami
Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii)
Wow I finished two 70+hr games back to back. Anyways, I've posted several times on this board how great Baten Kaitos Origins is. It's definitely one of my favorite games I've completed this year.
Suikoden V is leaps and bounds better than Suikoden IV. Of course that's not really hard to do. But hey, it's still a good game that I don't think I've wasted my time on.
Barrow Hill was okay. I prefer 3rd person adventures but this wasn't a bad 1st person one. It does get the creepy atmosphere down.
Murder on the Orient Express: Eh, it was okay. It had too many characters so I forgot who most of them were. I had seen the movie so I knew how it was going to end, but they put a well done twist in there to change things up.

Here's my pathetically small list of completed rpgs so far this year:
Tales of Phantasia (gba)
Golden Sun (5th playthrough)
Digital Devil Saga
As far as non-rpgs goes, its looking a bit better:
Metroid Hunters
Prince of Persia: the Two Thrones
Ico
Resident Evil 4
Trace Memory/Another Code (2nd playthrough)
Beyond Good & Evil
God of War
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem (2nd/3rd playthrough)
Thats usual for me, by the way. :(

Added OoT too. If I beat any other RPG or Adventure game this year, it'll likely be Okami. Possibly XSIII if I beat it as quickly as I beat XS1 and 2.

I don't know where my list is, but I'll just add Twilight Princess to it when I find it.

Final Fantasy I: Dawn of Souls (GBA)
Tales of Symphonia
Dark Cloud
Shadow Hearts
Suikoden V
Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon
Onimusha Tactics
Shadow Hearts: Covenant
Baten Kaitos
Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga
Parasite Eve
Xenosaga Episode 1
Sigma Star Saga
Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits
Dragon Quest 8
I think this'll be it for me for 2006. Could've beaten more since all of these games were from the beginning of summer until now.
Edit: And just from looking at my list, you can tell how I behind I am in terms of keeping up with the new games. -__-

I beat Xenosaga Ep III, and unless this starts a new page will add it to my last list. It's nearly physically impossible to beat any more RPGs this year, so this list is essentially my final list.
