So a quick question for everyone that's played it: How's the camera? My biggest complaint about Mario 64 and Sunshine is I feel like I'm adjusting the camera more than I'm accomplishing anything game wise.

The camera is great, 95% of the time. Funny thing is, the camera is most obnoxious at times when it's not really a huge problem. The worst camera is on the observatory itself (where you can't die, and every thing you need to get to is within 30 feet of you), it partially locks down the camera controls and insists on always looking at the tower straight on (with you running at profile to the camera). Basically, any time the level becomes something circular, the camera insists on orbiting around it. Sometimes it's pretty cool, like the tower in Deep Dark galaxy, which REALLY reminded me of Shadow of the Colossus, btw.

A few times, the controls become a little awkward, when you're upside down, and the camera is profile, it's easy to reverse your "towards/away" motion, which can kill you badly on things like the Dreadnaught Galaxy.

Oh, and Matter Splatter galaxy is FREAKY! Fuckin' awesome!
