WTB: Betrayal at House on the Hill

I know this isn't the sort of thing normally sold or requested here...but it's worth a shot.

I'm looking for a copy, perferably new(ish), of Avalon Hill's Betrayal at House on the Hill. It's easily one of the best board games I've had the pleasure of playing and I'd love to have my own copy.

I've tried eBay, but the prices are just too high.

If anyone has a copy they wouldn't mind parting with, I'll certainly take it off your hands!
