Harry Potter 5 - Um, not sure what to say about this one. Let's see, only fans of the book would actually understand everything in this film - certain rather important things were so vague that anyone who hadn't read the books wouldn't get them. Other than that, it was
okay i suppose... Not that I actually care about the Harry Potter movies.
Die Hard 4(.0) - another pointless update to a film that's years old. I would rather have had a film where John McClane got to fight
terrorists, not
an ex-FBI Agent having a hissy fit over being fired after his bosses ignored his plans for extra security after 9/11. It's /always/ about 9/11 now.
Plus I thought it was kind of amusing to see some guy from Dogdeball being in a main part in a "serious" film. And why exactly was Kevin Smith in a movie /not/ made by him? Not that I actually care about the Die Hard movies... Except Jeremy Irons or Alan Rickman is a
much better bad guy than some American guy.
