Kingdom Hearts sucks.

Sakuraba's awesome when he works for it.  His solo ELP styled Prog Rock albums are great.  The fact I can't distinguish the music from any Valkyrie Profile, Shining, or SO game is not.

I personally think this is a really bad trailer.

*shrugs* At least, compared to the FF13 trailer, where we at least get gameplay.

I call it more of a teaser than anything.

I like the trailer.  As little as the preview showed I already like the character designs of the main characters and the renders are obviously ten steps ahead of SO3's.  I just wish they would've thought up the subtitle before showing the video as "Star Ocean 4."

I liked the teaser.  It certainly sparked my interest in the game.  I do think the world they are on with the floating islands certainly looks interesting.

The floating islands definitely reminded me of the Field of Love in SO2. Trailer was meh to me  it also reminded me that SO4 IS in the works thus giving me something to look forward to being a fan and all. What I really wanna know is how the battle system is gonna turn out since I've enjoyed each one from every installment thus far (yeah even the ridiculously long spell pauses in SO2).

I'm mixed.  Yes, the floating islands is cool in that Zeal kind of way (I refer to Zeal from Chrono Trigger) but though it starts out with awesome sci-fi stuff, it ends on a floating island world that's a staple in many fantasy RPGs.  I hope this installment makes good on its promise of multiple worlds because I'm sick of Star Ocean teasing us with a promise of cool sci-fi then sending us off to a backwater podunk planet for the entire game.

I'm totally in agreement I hope they finally do it this time since that was one of the first things they commented on about Star Ocean 4.

I'm excited. The "trailer" wasn't much to go off of, but at least it's something.

I guess I'm so amped because I loved Star Ocean: Til the End of Time so much, story and all. :P

i disliked this trailer ... but at the same time i'm happy i have more star ocean to play in a near future .

They should have put more info in that teaser .. something like a definite character or names ...or something like an indication on the battle system ..something ... i know nothing ATM..
