For me, it's quite a bit more complicated than that. See, I've had really bad alcohol related experiences that I will not discuss here, so it just brings back painful memories.

Understandable that you wouldn't want to be around people who are drunk then. There's always the option of telling friends that you would prefer to have certain occasions be booze-free. If they're good enough friends they'd probably honor your request.

I don't drink. Ever. I honestly don't care if people around me drink though, as long as they don't plan on driving. Anyone who drinks and drives needs a kick to the face...with steel toed boots....from a professional soccer player...

All right, we are going to use a fan brush here and uh why don't you take some hunter green and we are going to put a happy little bush right down over here in the corner there and that'll just be our little secret and if you tell anyone that that bush is there I will come to your house and I will cut you.

Once people grow up then drinking is no longer a macho thing.

You don't see people chugging wine and bragging about how many chardonnays they've downed.

It's the teenage early twenty something bud light drunk fest that is really irritating.

Nothing better than sitting down with a good belgian ale and your favorite RPG.

Probably my biggest pet peeve is when people don't know their limits when it comes to drugs/alcohol and having to be the one to babysit/nurse them. It sobers me up pretty fast and I hate it, having to deal with stupid walking, stupid unintelligble mumbling, stupid vomit, etc. Seriously, people who don't know how to responsibly drink or do drugs (it's possible, folks) do not deserve the privilege.

I'm a southerner and I own my own SDF-1 t-shirt with the credibly branded SDF-1 logo that only cool people have the guts to wear.

The last anime I ever watched was Utena and I cried on the final episode because of all the hot sadist qualities.

I hate schooling, and I'm in college, and my grades reflect my feelings.

This is possibly the best or worst first post in history.

Yeah, I also spelled my username wrong and couldn't log in initially because I then spelled my name right. When I decided to figure out what was wrong besides mashing my computer like a hominid, I saw "Jubliee" and said "Surely you can't be serious!" But I'm just rolling with it. Jubliee is damned exotic and "unique."

Send me a copy, will you?  My sleeping medicine prescription is running out. ;-)

Actually, that's probably at least mildly interesting.  A lot of people were pretty freaking ticked when that happened.

I tried to file my taxes for the second time this year today.  Since I had foreign income, they said it would take 16 - 20 weeks for everything to process.

Oh, then they asked me for 230 bucks worth of processing fees.

We have since decided to file our taxes on our own, which will be free and only take a month.

One of my biggest secrets is I take easy classes because I'm always the smartest one in them. A few years ago I realized it's easy to be the best, as long as you're around the worst.

It's an ego boost to see everyone else struggling.
