I must say the proof used for innocence in the case of Serena Kozakura is quite, um, interesting.  I guess size really does matter.

Story: http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20080304/ts_afp/entertainmentjapancourtpeopleoffbeat

Video: http://www.mahalo.com/Serena_Kozakura_Photos

I fully support any/all future cases that are proven by similar evidence.  Though I must wonder why the initial case didn't bring up this fact in the first place when it's pretty convincing testimony...

Made me smile.

Funny story, and I'm glad that worked out for her.

There is only one reasonable response to this: "..."

Anyway, never mind the initial case not bringing this up, you'd think the guy would have realised it might have been a good idea for him to make the hole bigger so that it could have been physically possible for her to get through it...

Whoa - we have NPCs on the site!  Cool! ;)

Anyway, hooray for boobies indeed.  Defenders of truth, justice, and the Japanese way.

Kozakura had said the man made the hole himself.

Yeah, makes sense... men like to do that.

The judges were very good-mannered as they showed no expressions on their faces. I guess they're well-trained

Well, sure, but you should have seen them all that night at their usual hostess club. I would have LOVED to have been there to hear them!
