Hmm I dunno, I think its kinda cool. I mean, they both seem really happy about it, and the doctor says the baby is normal, so I say good luck to the both of em.
It is pretty odd though, thats for sure.

My thoughts exactly. How are you supposed to tell people you came out of your dad? This is just fucking weird.

Thought: transgenderism and sex "reassignment" doesn't change the way you were born. The dude's got a uterus because, surprise, he's not a dude. And, at this point anyway, science can't put a working uterus in me, a born-as-a-dude kind of dude.

Ladies: So what are you going to name the child?
Arnold Schwarzenegger: If is a boy, Junior. If is a girl... Junior.
You all remember that movie, right?

Strange days we live in.... That is going to be a bizzare talk when they show her pregnancy pictures of her dad... although she really isnt related to her "mom". I wonder if they are going to let her contact her biological father when she is 18. This could end up being very sad for that little girl.

Me: So, Mom, where are you going in the U.K.?
Mom: Ware
Me: Yeah, where?
Mom: No, Ware.... W-A-R-E

I share that sentiment. To me, it doesn't matter how much he identifies with being a man, biologically, he...she is still a woman. The article even specifically states that he never altered his genitalia because he wanted to have children someday.
I guess the point is that having children is a human desire rather than just a feminine one, but...so what? Having children is plenty a male desire, its just traditionally accepted that men don't actually carry them. Is it a human desire? Yes. We already knew that- it's called a couvade.
So, what I don't understand is why transgender/gays/bisexual/whatever always want us to treat them the same, but they have to become a sensational news story when they do something that's supposedly outrageous? It seems counter-productive to me.
