Nice haul, Mister Olas.  :(

Unfortunately, I can no longer find Fatal Portrait on it's own.  All I can find is the re-release with Abigail attached.  And I have the Abby album, so merp.

For by birthday I got:

Strapping Young Lad - The New Black
Cea Serin - Where Memories Combine
Rush - Hemispheres
King Diamond - Fatal Portrait/Abigail double pack
Bruce Dickinson - Accident of Birth

I also got Guitar Hero for the PS2, which is friggin' awesome.

I saw Strapping Young Lad & King Diamond at the store today, and I was a bit confused, as I was thinking it was King Crimson at first. There are lots of King bands. :P Anyway, I heard some samples of Strapping Lads, and was interested. How is King Diamond?

Today, I bought:

    Falconer - Grime Vs. Grandeur

DMC - Checks Thugs and Rock N' Roll

Good albums, Saza.

As for me, I bought Reinventing the Steel from Pantera last night.  Overall a good album, but with a few duds (Hellbound, I'll Cast a Shadow).

Deg: *Pout.*  :(

Miho: King Diamond falsettoes a lot.  You either hate him or love him.  There are a few of us here that love the man.

Losfer: Today you bought three new CDs.

ELP - Brain Salad Surgery
Rush - A Farewell to Kings
Wolfsbane - Self Titled

Also got some random J-Pop thing with two CDs and a DVD called J-Pop Phoenix for some Avex Asia 10th Anniversary thing.  It was just a random thing we found and picked up cause it was eight quid.  Haven't listened to / watched it yet though.

I impulse-buy a lot. Today I decided to pre-order A Twist in the Myth and A Matter of Life and Death together and save like $11 or something like that. It'll probably be worth it when I get 'em.

Tower Records is my new home. Some of the prices are crap but they have the best selection I've ever seen for metal.

Edguy - Rocket Ride
Hibria - Defying The Rules
Yngwie Malmsteen - Rising Force

They actually had Yngwie's first album?

Wow, see if they have Marching Out, those are the only two records of his worth owning. :P

Having bought shitloads of gear recently, I figured it was time to go out and get some CDs. I grabbed Iron Maiden's first album and Neil Young's newest.

Neil Young = <3
