Stupid Dream was such a disappointing album, as were several other Porcupine Tree albums.
Just got the BE dvd and it's amazing.

The first half of it is pretty solid, but when it gets to 'This is No Rehearsal' the rest just sounds like pop-influenced filler to me.

So the old singer for my band says she's sending me an album that is gonna completely take me by surprise.
When the package came, I was kinda surprised to see Body Count's debut album sitting in there. I thought she knew better than to send me any form of rap rock.
But I put it in anyway since I had nothing better to do...and I was blown the fuck away. Seriously. It's got thrash, punk, and power ballads. It's got aggression, rage, and humor. It's wonderful.
I've listened to it like six times since I got it. I can see this moving up into my list of favorite albums.

I just got a 'play copy' of "Peeping Tom" at the CD store where I work. I have to give credit to Mike Patton for this album. I couldn't BEGIN to try to categorize this music but there are a few tracks that grabbed my attention. I only had a chance to listen to it for about 20 minutes though.
