Just found out my Bruce Dickinson DVD, 'Anthology', arrived. So far it's pretty cool!

Ihsahn - The Adversary
Not bad considering it's the frontman of one of my least favorite bands: Emperor. He actually conjures up some falsetto here that reminds me of none other than King Diamond himself. It impressed me. :P
Dude, you have to hear Emperor's cover of Gypsy. The opening falsetto is terrifyingly awesome.

Stars - Set Yourself On Fire: Damn. I was really hesitant to get this because i dont like heart that much. But I do dig this. It's looser and more full-bodied and doesn't have those Adult Contemporary slips that Heart did.
Venetian Snares - Rossz Csillag: Hungarian Classical and Breakbeat go together like potatoes and korma.

I purchased Inuman Rampage from Dragonforce last night. About five months ago, a friend sent me "Through The Fire And Flames" on MSN Messenger and I really enjoyed the song, but sorta forgot about the band. Space travel to a couple weeks ago when I saw the video for the song and I knew I must buy a Dragonforce album. I'm glad I did, since Inhuman Rampage is fucking killer. Herman Li and Sam T. are two insane guitarist. Definantly the fastest guitarist I've ever heard. The other members are extremely talented at what they do, 'specially the drummer. Good lord. :P
So yea, it was a good purchase, and I highly recommend it to others.

Blaze - Tenth Dimension
Iron Maiden - Rock in Rio
Finally got Rock in Rio, cause I found it for £8 as opposed to $35 in Canada.

It's really awesome and I'm in love with both the songs I haven't heard and the songs that were on their demos.

I was in Boston the other and night caught the RX Bandits live for the second time. These guys are without a doubt some of the most talented musicians today. Unfortunately, their Sax/Keyboard/Drummer/Backup Vocalist left the band. However, I got their new album,
...And the Battle Begun
, that's not even in stores yet. It's an even bigger departure, but after two listens I realized it's genius.

Today, I went to the mall and entered the music store, FYE. The first thing I saw was this album with a red cover. I went closer and guess what it was? Dance of Death from Iron Maiden, used, for $7.99! I bought it and so far, I'm really enjoying it. I'm not sure if it's better than Brave New World, but after a few more listens, I wouldn't be surprised if I like it more. Such a great album; can't wait 'til the new one!

I really love Skunkworks. Although I recognise that it's not as good as Accident of Birth or Chemical Wedding, I really fucking love it.

This is what's so awesome about Brucie's solo career. The fact that his albums are all so good for being so diverse. Jesus, a lot of people hate Skunkworks, cause it't not The Chemical Wedding. I think the album is fucking excellent. Solar Confinement is one of his best moments.
