@Dice: TJ (The Amazing Atheist) has made other videos about Sarkeesian before and even though he come of as an asshole the only thing he did was to share his point of view on his channel. *shrug*
Most people make videos, commentary, and editorials to share an opinion, so does Sarkeesian. I think there becomes a fine line between opinion and outright criticism, so I'm not really convinced of sugar-coating with "it's point of view" really helps.
EDIT: fuck it, condenced.
All I'm gonna say is that I think he made a shit video with poor and unstructured dialogue, and unconvincing criticisms. He didn't "one up"
Anita.... he's at her level (though I should take point off on TJ for his dumb 2 minute intro).
And now it's just Venus and Mars stuck in their own worlds as they bitch about each other but without respect to one another's point of view. *groan*. I /am/ kinda sorry too. This is an odd way to put it, but did you expect if (and because I did) see this video I'd applaud it? A problem on my part, I'm sure I can't *help* but let some bias sneak in... but i"d like to say/think it's more than that. If I see someone make a poor argument, I feel a need to jump on it and point out the "plot holes" in their logic/thinking or at least the "weak parts" of the structure.
