Is there a walkthrough section for Suikoden 4,Suikoden 5?

We don't have walkthroughs here - it's quite pointless when there's one of the best collection of walkthroughs ever at GameFAQs.

If you're having a lot of trouble on specific part of a game and gamefaqs isn't helping, it might be worth asking in the Helper Monkey forum.
