Judge Embeds the Smithy Code in Copyright Ruling

For those not in the know.....Dan Brown, author of the DaVinci Code, and his publisher were sued for copyright infringement by two of the three authors of some nonfiction work written in the 80s.

Suit goes to trial....and the judge hands down this ruling with his own code in it. HILARIOUS.

Personally, after making snide remarks throughout the trial about both parties' works and about the parties' themselves.....i think this was a final "HAHA MORONS" for this judge.

He won't talk anymore about his ruling until he retires, but that's probably not far off since he's not really a young man anymore.

Let me know when some controvery's stirred up over something real. A guy putting wacky ideas in a book and selling it to the people, that's just business. If he were trying to put this book forward as NON-fiction, then maybe it'd be worth arguing about.

Otherwise, it's just two sides bickering over a book, and we've got plenty of books people bicker about already.
