Anyone watch the first act? Can't wait to get it on DVD.

For those that don't know Joss Whedon made a web show that is three acts, only viewable for this week for free online, after that you can purchase from itunes or wait for the dvd release. It's a musical-comedy featuring NPH (you should know who that is), Nathan Fillion abd Felicia Day. NPH is a third-rate super villain with a vlog (said Dr. Horrible), he's in love with a girl named Penny that he only sees in a laundromat and can't talk to and his crimes always get stopped by Captain Hammer.

The first act was pretty damn good, the songs were funny and NPH does some pretty good delivery of his lines. If the other acts were as good I'd love to see more then those.

Oh man Act 2 was hilarious, great songs and Captain Hammer is awesome!

I don't know what it is about the man, but anything Joss Whedon touches is pure gold. Granted, I never watched Angel, but Buffy and Firefly are two of my top television shows ever, Firefly easily taking the top spot.

This will get a purchase from me, of that there is no doubt.

Here's hoping Dollhouse turns out even half as well as anything else he's done.
