Wait... what did the cops do wrong?  As far as I can tell, some guy made a joke about mustard, some other guy pulled a gun on him, and later the gun guy got arrested for doing something he surely should have known was not OK.

The mustard joke was kinda stupid, given how old those commercials are, but pulling a gun on the joker was far more stupid.  Even if you love guns, I hope you can agree that's not what they're for.

(I am relieved to see the gun guy's name in this article, though - when I first heard about this, I went "tell me that wasn't my brother...")

Wait, people still remember that commercial?  I remember one time I was on the campus bus and that bus stopped next to another bus going the opposite direction and the two bus drivers exchanged something.  After the exchange was completed I loudly said "pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?"  The bus driver and a couple of the older students laughed, but everyone else thought I was a weirdo.  Then I realized, undergrads these days were all born after those commercials stopped airing.  

And am I also the only one who thought about that scene in Wayne's World preceding Bohemian Rhapsody?
