New Suikoden Game?

So, while browsing one of the Suikoden sites I lurk around at today, DueFiumi, I came upon this on their news page:

Konami Corporation has trademarked the name "Suikoden Tierkreis" in North America for use with "video game software". Could these mean a new release in our favourite series? Perhaps, seeing as this is how news of Suikoden Tactics first reached our ears, through a similar trademark.

Of course, the same thing happened with Chrono Break, so I jnow I shouldn't put up too much hope, but egads, I hope this is true and that there will be a new Suikoden game. There's been almost nothing new about Suikoden for a couple years now beyond some little just-in-Japan manga, soo I was getting scared perhaps this was the end of the series.

 Thankfully, it seems I'm wrong. Hope we'll here more at TGS?

I can't imagine what this will be about though. Due Fiumi's got some speculation it'll be about Falena's rune and the Star Dragon Sword, which could be pretty cool.

If it has to do with the Zodiac Sword, as they speculate, mehopes Viktor is somehow involved. Cuz that would be quite rulesome.

I can't help but feel that I have abandoned the Suikoden series of late.  I utterly loved Suikoden and Suikoden II on PSone - I hope this rekindles my love for the series after all these years!

I still need to play through Suikoden V, but whenever I mention that to friends I almost half the time get a "meh" response.  One day...

Suiko V was fucking awesome.  Besides the first one, it's still the only one I've finished.

I know, I never finished the second game!  It's really good, but too long and some parts drag.

I'm not concerned. Of course there will be a SuikoVI. SuikoV was great and very well recieved. Why is everyone so skeptical on whether or not there will be another? Most series that fail end up fizzling on a couple of craptastic tiles first. Had SuikoV been as bad as SuikoIV, then I could deffinitely understand why.

Though I'll probably never be able to play SuikoVI though, since it'll most likely be a PS3 exclusive.
