Need help finding an article online.

A little while ago, I think on the old boards, there as an article posted in General Discussions about a theory of time travel, in which a ship or whatever would break through into another dimension where the speed of light is slower and all that jazz. It was very much like Event Horizon, and we made jokes about sending hobos as the first humans to test it.

I've been searching about, and I can't find it. If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it. I need it for research for something I'm writing.
