I kind of wonder how Motoi has the ability to score so many games, especially the huge soundtracks needed for current games. It's pretty amazing, but it does get slightly repetitive to hear his signature sound throughout almost all RPG's I play.

If you check the Japanese/American box art for Star Ocean 4, it doesn't the have usual "Only on XBOX 360" written on the top corner. So this clearly means that there is a good chance that it could make its way to the PS3 eventually.

Microsoft probably wisened up to the fact that throwing it on all those games that were only timed exclusives looked silly, and decided to just stop handing them out. Alternatively, the box art isn't final.

I hope I can switch those battle portraits, I'd rather have actual anime rather than freakish anime-wannabe CGI down there.

I really hate when developers/publishers, notably SE, fail to grasp the idea of allowing an option on something that'd be easy. But maybe there's some unexpected technical difficulties or there really wasn't any space for them.

Rating summary: This is a role-playing game (RPG) in which players travel from planet-to-planet in order to save the universe from sinister aliens. Players usually encounter enemies on the field, in dungeons, or in battle arenas. Combat usually consists of magic spells and ranged attacks with weapons (swords, lances, bombs, laser guns, etc.). Some female characters wear revealing clothing that exposes cleavage and exaggerated proportions, while camera angles occasionally pan on jiggling breasts or under skirts. Characters also can engage in some suggestive dialogue (e.g., "peeping is what naughty boys do" and "her thingies are really big") and can occasionally be heard using expletives (e.g., "bastard").
