Engrish on Square Enix product; any other sightings?

Preface information:
Even though I didn't like the Subarashiki Kono Sekai OST much at all, a second album was released with arranged tracks, as well as tracks exclusive to the English version (which were apparently far superior). So I bought this new album, entitled "Subarashiki Kono Sekai + The World Ends With You."
And I happened to notice *this* printed on the disc:
Now, at first glance, you might think "so what? That's a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo, it's expected they'll mess it up now and then." But I was thinking, "shouldn't there be a template for which this sort of text appears?" Which leads us to the potential conclusion that there IS a template for printing these discs, and the TEMPLATE itself has the error, which means a whole boatload of Square Enix CDs (and who knows, maybe others?) forbid "pubric performance." It makes me want to do a public performance and be like ... "what? It wasn't PUBRIC!"
Also, my wife said "at least they put in the R. If they had just forgotten the letter, it could've been much funnier."
Just a fun random find for the day. :)

I don't mind when the Japanese attempt to use English signs and whatnot in anime, but when every English word is spelled wrong, even easy things like Merry Christmas and we get Mery Christmas, that sort of thing, I don't know, irks me. It's like, I can go google a term in 5 seconds and find out I screwed up and put in the right spelling, or spend like 30 minutes or whatever making a banner and have my Engrish preserved for posterity.
This can, of course, go both ways, much like the recent typo of konoichi in the title of a show I watched recently. Good job, guys. (A quick glance around the Interweb showed there are a hell of a lot of konoichis running around too, hah)

Pat, I'm still reminded of that Memories Off: 8-bit Arrange soundtrack where all the liner notes and stuff were written in horrible Engrish to look like the kinds of 8-bit NES translations we used to get, like "congraturation" or "a winner is you." But that was completely and totally intentional. This certainly wasn't. Pubric Performance Enhancer!

If it's not a word you can't misspell it!

After I posted, I remembered a certain theme song from Berserk that reminded me why, like, yeah, Engrish rocks.
Looking back and morning comes
Don't find your face in your glass
Take the moonlight by the tail
It's a rainy sight You're shading
What is that It's just the same
What is trying in your crown
I'm spending in my glass, walking back
So wear my glass You're fading
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting...
Blowing up The storm's around
Don't turn your face to your back
In a silence Have a better dream
Sing into the wind You're shading
The rainy winds will wash away
All what your want in your crown
There is an end but it's endless
Though anywise we're fading
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting...
What is that It's just the same
What is trying in your crown
I'm spending in my glass walking back
So wear my glass You're fading
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting so long...
I'm waiting...
And although I'm not sure it quite counts, there's a line spoken in English in the Sakura Wars movie that I had to read the subtitles for, it was just so badly said. Sure, English lines are normally butchered when some brave sap gives it a go, but it was just bad. Really bad.

Best Engrish type song is "Let's Fighting Love" from that South Park episode.
Eigo ga mecha kucha, daijobu! We do it all the time!
And the English translation to the Lucky Star opening song is hysterical.
