Capcom announced that Phoenix Wright 2 will be coming here, and it looks like its a DS version of Gyakuten Saiban 2. Best news out of e3 so far, and that's WITH the Tales of the Abyss announcement.

I love you Capcom! I'm so happy that Phoenix Wright is coming to the DS and not just to cellphones. I'm really excited about all the DS games that are coming up, even more excited than I am about the new consoles. Hopefully adventure games will see a revival on the DS since Hotel Dusk and Touch Detective are other adventure games slated for release.

Screenshots are up, it IS Gyakuten Saiban 2. GOTY 2006 is a lock (If the October date is true, that is.)

The concept IS very simplistic, and it's incredibly hard - if not impossible - to lose at the game. The main draw comes from the great mysteries and the hilarious writing in the game, it just keeps you entertained.

Anyway, it's a dread that nobody knows the name for, like those little square plastic gizmos that close your bread bags. I don't know the name for those either."

While this is obviously great news, I was expecting that new GS (4?) game to be announced for the US, as well. And WTF, 2007? What, do they got 1 guy translating the whole thing?

Probably. I don't expect this to be a huge seller for Capcom, so they're probably not going to devote a huge team to it.

They're /nothing/ alike outside of being unique, one of a kind series. Nevertheless, while I would like to normally recommand it, I can't fully because of the insane difficulty of the game; it's enough to make it my most loved/hated game. Nevertheless, if you can put up with that and other issues like a stupid story and repeating the same surgeries towards the end game, then by all means check it out. You've gotta be damn dexterous though.

Don't listen to Eusis, he's just no good at surgery with aliens. Trauma Centre's hot like the heart of a mighty star -- coincidentally where from Superman forged Supermanium.

EVERYONE fucking talked about the difficulty, so if that's not an issue for you then I want to know what bizarro version of Trauma Center you played. :P
Edit: If that was about the story/redundancy at the end though then... Uhh... You're stupid. Yeah.

I'm joking dude. It's a hard game, but since when should that be a barrier? I mean heck, Tetris is a neverending game and it's still /good/. There's obviously a limit, like Hoshigami, but TC doesn't come nearly that close.
