I'm gonna be a stick in the mud and just say that I hate all pranks of all varieties, all the time.  Prank calls suck, hidden camera jokes suck... they all suck, with no exceptions under any circumstances, including when they're done to people I don't like.  They're a mean-spirited way to take someone's faith (or at least hope) in the inherent goodness of humanity and yank it out from under them.

I agree with this, I just muted the video and read the comments to gauge the reaction. Prank shows make me cringe, because I just sympathize too much.

My least favorite kind of prank show is that one in the UK where they outright scam people to put it on TV and show how the scams work. Obviously they tell the victims right after and give their money back and all that, but I always cringe at their initial reactions.
