Before the inevitable lock... Going on GameSpot and moving everything that's simply marked RPG to 'now playing', I have 111 RPGs. This doesn't take into account action RPGs, computer RPGs, or games that some here consider RPGs anyway, ala the recent CV games and the Zeldas.

^-- That's a mostly recent list. It's missing a few things. I think Oblivion is the most recent game on there, meaning it's missing MechWarrior 4: Vengeance, Mercenaries, and The Black Night, and for the new non-MW games, Mixed Up Mother Goose, Heavy Gear, and Wing Commander 3. I'll count the RPGs in a bit.

It's generally considered good practice to jump into conversations or post an interesting topic, and not simply one that asks your favorite RPG, how many you have, etc. But I don't think anyone found this topic 'demanding' or anything, so I wouldn't worry about that. The ones that aren't RPG are the standard PS2 stuff, like Resident Evil 4, Ratchet and Clank, and the one that everyone has and loves, Ape Escape 2.
