I made fake bacon in the microwave last night and put hot sauce on it. Then I washed it down with black coffee. Yum Yum.

BTW I'm convinced that no imitation low fat variety of bacon can even remotely imitate the real deal. Thing is I eat one modest meal a day and by the time I get to that single meal I'm hungry enough to make salted card-board palatable.

Well I'm off for todays run. 27 degrees outside. At least that is substantially warmer than yesterday. I have a funny feeling I am going to regret this.

Got like six pounds of jackfruit. idk how to open this but SCIENCE.

Also think I might try playing an /untranslated videogame/ with all the weird Mongolian hieroglyphs and everything! And possibly blog about it on the other board. SCIENCE!

If you swapped the mayo for greek yogurt or kefir and the cheese for non fat variety that would be a pretty healthy dip/spread.

Kefir is good stuff!  I remember one time our singer had kefir and had us all try it.  She and I both liked it but the drummer and guitarist both gagged on it. 

As for Russian Dip as is, well, considering how cold it gets up there a little extra blubber for winter warmth isn't such a bad thing.  I mean, I notice that ever since I got skinny I'm noticeably more sensitive to winter cold than when I was fat.

I used to use kefir instead of sour cream on stuff. Generally lower fat and a better nutrient pile. Also since it was more liquidy it was less pron to clumping and not getting evenly dispersed.

... I wonder if I can get seasonal Kefir flavors still. Hrm.
