Lego Batman ok for a 5-year old?

My sister/brother in law have let my nephew (who is four) play both Lego Star Wars and Lego Indy. He will be five in December. He's fine with the 360 controller and actually playing the Lego games, but I'm just wondering whether Lego Batman might be a bit too dark for him.
He also wants the Kung Fu Panda game for the 360, which I've heard sucks, and I don't want to get him a crappy game.
Any advice?

I have played and beaten Lego Batman for 360 and it is definitely not very dark. It follows the animated series more than anything and uses the trademark humor of the other Lego games. It does have some very crazy puzzles that took me awhile to figure out (not because they are hard, but because they are ridiculously stupid). If he likes the other Lego games, it's definitely a good choice.

The only way to learn is through personal experience! Seriously, I'm pretty sure most of disdain licensed games receive is thanks to personal experience playing crappy ones. Also, uhh, I hear Kung Fu Panda isn't TOO bad.
I'm pretty sure Lego Batman would be fine, I quickly checked the description on the ESRB and the worst they came up with were the villains fighting policemen. Also that those defeated blow up into legos.
Edit: KOTAKU DOES NOT RATE GAMES

It's Lego. I don't think there's any trouble at all for a five year old to be playing Lego Batman.
As for Kung Fu Panda, the movie sucked so therefore the game will probably be even worse.
Get the kid Viva Pinata or Banjo-Kazooie if he doesn't have either already.

I found it to be rather boring, I only laughed about once, it just really wasn't my thing. I remember walking out of the theatre, disappointed.

How is a Lego game about anything going to be dark? I'd really like to see someone accomplish that.
As for Kung Fu Panda, it was alright. Calling the story and jokes cliche and stock from HK cinema is an understatement- but kids love it, so I don't think there's any problem there.

May I also suggest that if Grand Theft Auto: Legoland ever comes out, get that for the 5-year old kid?

Maybe I'll get him ChinaTown Wars if my sister gets him a DS.
