Jennifer Maerz of SFWeekly.com reports that a sewing machine supposedly signed by METALLICA is up for grabs in a raffle at a Wee Scotty shop in San Francisco, California. According to the sign, five bucks gets you a chance at a "Huskystar C20" (a machine that, according to this site, "even has a memory function to remember your favorite pattern combinations and mirroring").

Sewing machines are absolute evil.  In 6th and 7th grade home ec class, I had to do sewing and I HATED HATED HATED it.  8th grade home ec was cool because that was all cooking and I love to cook.

So where's my spatula signed by DragonForce?
